Peter Guevara Child Pornography Charges Brother Of Robert Guevara

The name Peter Guevara arrested for child porn on his computer earlier last month,rang a bell with alot of us who remember the "Guevara" name in Minnesota.

Peter Guevara is the brother of Robert Guevara.The guy who was aquitted of killing,sexual molesting a 5 year old girl.There was more to it than that,and it's something many will remember as the Robert Guevara Corrine Erstad case in 1992.The arrest of this man,and the trial as it unfolded will be something many of us remember watching unfold on TV.

DNA could have been a game changer in this case,and today we wish this could have played an important part in the case.The case itself would be an article in itself,and I'll be adding the best links that shed light to the reader on this case,instead of using my own.

The Guevara name is back in the spotlight once again,as the brother of the man acquitted of having anything to do with the disappearance Corrine Erstad,is charged with child porn on his computer.

Peter Guevara was charged with 17 counts of child pornography.

The investigation discovered,or better said uncovered numerous images of young children on his computer,and some of these kids were invoved in sexual acts.

A statement,and not sure how official it is.Is the "Big Lake Police" stated there is no connection with this child pornography case against Peter Guevara,to the Corrine Erstad case that involved his brother Robert Guevara back in 1992.

Hmmmm?

No connection?

Well,let me throw in some public opinion to that statement,and I do so understand that's a statement for the press,and not to the public who have half a brain on their shoulder.

My "opinion" is the apple don't fall to far from the tree.

Those who read this news article,can connect the dots just fine,and see a connection.

To throw in a statement,of no connection between the Robert Guevara Corrine Erstad case,to his brothers arrest for child pornography many years later?

Maybe you could have worded it differently.Maybe not brought up any comparison at all,that the cases don't have anything to do with another.

Public opinion looks beyond the facts of a case,or cases such as this involving family.

Best Way To Help Find Missing Children

I wanted to take a few moments to share with our readers here,the best way to help find missing children using social networking sites.

The best way is to stick to our area,and the community..and keep it within a 5 state area at most,when spreading the word of a missing child,unless facts come in to say other wise.

We can't flood our friends list continuously with children missing from all over the country.

Having a few friends who sponsor an area,joining the cause...does far more better than a face book page spreading a poster around the world.

I know this sounds cruel,but so many of us have burnt out the average friend on a social network site..by flooding them with children missing from half way across the country.

Some of those who help find missing kids using a social network site...go way overboard,that those who are on the same quest are overwhelmed,and it's friendslist,of friendslist flooding another.

Then you get a person who supports the cause,who joins a facebook page that its sole intention is to help find missing children,only to get so flooded out from joining it...due to the fact their facebook page ends up being a never ending flood from missing children,every runaway,and cold case to take place in the country.

The best way to help find missing children using social networking is to stick to your area at the start,and go by the facts that come in,if you feel you need to spread the word farther.

Use the same common sense law enforcement does...

We can't flood their mind with images of 50 + a day while on their shift,then 50 more while on their lunch break.

That's to much to digest!!

We have to start organizing on the social networking sites by state,and county!!!

We need more to be involved,not us trying to be an authority ourselves being the light.

I've seen more private friends post a child missing in the area,that spreads around alot more faster...than those who spend all day posting posters.

Involvement......Involvement....Those who dedicate the time to their state,or county...and go by their facebook friends...Not the madness of blindly trying to make a difference.

The case of the missing cousins in Iowa continues.

Elizabeth Collins & Lyric Cook still remain missing.

Law enforcement is still following dozens of leads,and are expressing a message that they believe the two girls are alive.

The case of these two beautiful angels who have gone missing,is yet another example of a nightmare that has come to life for the family.

Elizabeth and Lyric were last seen riding their bikes near downtown Evansdale at 12:15 PM on July 13.

The girls bikes and Elizabeth’s purse were found at Meyers Lake at about 4 p.m.

This is a case we'll be following closely here ,because it's right in our neck of the woods,and we will never give up until these girls get back to their loved ones.

I've been reading alot of the news on this case,and I'm discouraged how disinformation sets in yet again,and thus influences public opinion,distracting the investigation,and are just down right hurtful,and not needed as this time.

This case is believed to be an abduction.We're all extremely worried about these two young girls from Iowa,and will be post any updates on Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook.

Pedro Noel Dehoyos III is now a wanted man.

Another 22 year old male who decided to run off with a 15 year old girl still in High School.

There has been a rash of these cases lately,where an adult male ends up stalking a young impressionable girl,to be his girlfriend.

There is no excuse for this behavior,and not sure if these abductors are aware,we have STIFF Laws in this country,that protect minors,and severely prosecute adult men who think having a 15 year old as a girlfriend is some kind of norm.

Well,I have news for you Pedro..It's not normal behavior.

Yes,I consider any adult an abductor involving a minor,even if the girl willingly goes with him.

She's a minor,and I give her the benifit of the doubt,that she just don't know any better,and put the whole responsibilty on the adult shoulder of those responsible,and the weight of the justice,come reckoning time.

To many cases have come my way lately such as this one,and these guys who run off with underage kids,are just as sick as one who kidnaps them.

So you'll get no mercy from me,or from this blog on going easy on these guys.

The unsolved case of missing Rachel Geraldine Pratt still leaves a hole in all our hearts,and no closure for the family of this beautiful young girl who disppeared.

She was last seen,as best confirmed at her family's home at 1:00 AM, January 16th 1995.in Garden City,Kansas.

She was only 15 years old at the time.

The facts in this case are puzzling,and leaves one confused on exactly what happened to her?

Where did she go?

If anyone has any anyformation regarding this case,will you please step foward and make that call.

It's possible this girl is still in the state of Kansas,but no records of her have ever surfaced.

Perhaps a name change,or what we fear the most.

Minnesota does not have the great of numbers of other children,and missing adults compared to other the states,but none the less a missing child,is a missing child.We try to keep the older cases of children missing as well,(including adults)and Minnesota will be a good start for us,and then expanding into the surrounding areas.

I'm one of the Minnesota Facebook Volunteers who helps spread the word on those missing here in Mn.Past,and present.As I said,we never give up hope,and try to keep unsolved cases alive in the public eye.

Katelyn Coulter, 15, was reported missing on Friday, May 18 by her parents. In the report, her parents state that she might have left with Pedro Noel Dehoyos III, age 22, out of state. The police officer at the high school caught Pedro on school property trying to pick her up and drop her off. He may have taken her to Texas. He drives a White New Yorker, the car has a dent in the front bumper.

Pedro is a suspected drug trafficker, who was arrested in Wells, Nevada in October 2011 after a vehicle he was driving was stopped and found to contain over 7 pounds of marijuana. A photo of Pedro can be viewed at:

A dirtball that escaped the wrath of justice,even though he died behind bars serving two life sentences.

Royal Russell Long was involved in several sexual assults towards young women.

He was a long distance truck driver,and also worked at fairs & carnivals that gave him access to young women.

The bastard is dead,but there has been no closure for the family,due to the fact some of his victims have never been found.

We all pray for a miracle,and from time to time,a miracle does happen and a child is found many years later.

The case of Kayla Croft-Payne is still a mystery to this day.

Her family misses her dearly,and with no closure make her disappearance extremely painful for them.

Rumors,leads,and many opinion have been expressed in what happened to her,and this is also one of them more unique cases of runaways in Washington.

I've read some into this case,and I'm not going to speculate my views,just adding to the other opinions on her whereabouts.

What's important to me,is for this young girl to be reunited with her family,or to find closure to this case in some way,so the healing can begin.

Erica Nicole Baker is missed dearly,and the worse thing is not having any closure to this case.

Foul play is suspected.

Erica took their dog for a walk sometime after 3:30 PM on Febuary 7th.(1999).

She was seen at the park where she walked the dog,sitting on a park bench by two witnesses.

She was never seen again,and the dog was found dragging its leash later on.

A extensive search of the area produced no clues.

Reports of two witnesses in the area that could shed some light,never surfaced.

Four possible suspects in the case have never been chargedmdue to lack of evidence.Some had prior history of child molestation.

It's makes a person wonder where this park is?

The second possible lead in the case was a tip,that a drug addicted female driving in the area struck Erica with her van,and panicked.Her,along with the occupants took the body,and disposed of it in an unkown location.

This female,who's name was Jan Marie Franks had a boyfriend who was in the van at the time of this accident,later on he was indicted in the case relating to this hit/run/taking the body,but the grand jury never pursued the charges against him.Probably for the lack of evidence,and the attorney refused to shed any light on the case due to attorney/client priviledges.

Jan Marie Franks died in 2001,so that perhaps complicated the case even more.

This boyfriend by the name Chritian John Gabriel even confessed to the crime,and led authorities to locations where he claimed he burried the girl.Nothing was discovered?

The story changed where he was the driver?

This case is like a double murder to the parents with dirtballs like this involved.You can't even get a straight answer from the occupents of those in the van that day,and dealing with an attorney who refused to shed any light on the case,even after the death of Jan Marie Franks,who's husband waved the rights of his dead spouse,of the attorney/client confidentiality,still refused to disclose his clients information that would have shed more light on this case.

What's odd from my reading into this case,is that Chritian John Gabriel was charged in October 2005,and sentenced to the maximum of 6 years in prison.I have no idea what those charges were,and will update this article with further reading into the case.

The disappearance of Lindsey Baum breaks my heart,and can only imagine the suffering her parents are going through,with no solid answers as of yet.

Lindsey disappeared walking home one night in McCleary Washington at about 9:30 at night.

Where do these monsters come from?

This turd by the name Frederick McLean is just one of many child molesters out their on the street,that has been out there way to long avoiding detection from law enforcement.

This is why we worry about runaways,when you have dirt bags like this guy trying to befriend them.

He has a long history of some 25 years on molesting young girls between the ages of 5 -12 years old.

Most likely young boys too,but the church he belonged to,did all they could to keep the facts secret from the public,and settled many cases outside of court.

He was an elder/leader in the Jehovah's Witnesses for 25-30 some years,and was confronted many times over the years with his molestation of young children.

The Jehovah's Witnesses judicial committees require two witnesses to an event of molestation before taking any kind of disciplinary action...Now if that aint a crock of crap.

So what does it take? Two men molesting the same child to confess,and come foward for them to take any action?

So the Jehovah's Witnesses shipped him around for 25-30 years and gave him plenty of fresh victims to take advantage of.

Frederick McLean is a monster,and it's time we find this guy,and throw away the key.

Most importantly,we don't want him assisting runaway children.

That's our job,to make sure they get home safe.

This case is being investigated from the home,the neighborhood,and all the way into Mexico.

This is really a nightmare for the family.Another beutiful young girl disappears from her bed in the night.

As of 14 hours ago,there are still no solid leads,and alot of the information gathered by law enforcement has not been shared with the public,and that's understandable if it could jeapordize her retrun home.

Still all the same,all of us are still frustrated,and grasping for answers on what could have possibly happened to this young girl,and especially where the case is now being looked into thoroughly in Mexico as well.

The news of no solid leads don't quite ring true,because there has to be some leads just by watching how this search is unfolding.Obviously they are not solid leads,but there seems to be an assumption to some in law enforcement to feel a strong possibility she could be in Mexico,but with no solid leads as they put it,assumptions are all we have right now.

Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding the Isabel Celis case to report it to 911, 88-CRIME or TipSoft, an online tip-management application. Tucson Police at 520-882-7463.



UPDATE!!

Police are set to update the case today, at 2 p.m.More than 1,000 tips have been reported,and hope we hear some postive news about the whereabouts of Isabel Celis.

The voulunteers helping in Isabel's safe return are also seeking more volunteers to spread awareness,hold events to spread that awareness in a multiple of ways.

If you're interested in helping,the volunteer center will be located at the intersection of Craycroft and Broadway.
