The name Peter Guevara arrested for child porn on his computer earlier last month,rang a bell with alot of us who remember the "Guevara" name in Minnesota.
Peter Guevara is the brother of Robert Guevara.The guy who was aquitted of killing,sexual molesting a 5 year old girl.There was more to it than that,and it's something many will remember as the Robert Guevara Corrine Erstad case in 1992.The arrest of this man,and the trial as it unfolded will be something many of us remember watching unfold on TV.
DNA could have been a game changer in this case,and today we wish this could have played an important part in the case.The case itself would be an article in itself,and I'll be adding the best links that shed light to the reader on this case,instead of using my own.
The Guevara name is back in the spotlight once again,as the brother of the man acquitted of having anything to do with the disappearance Corrine Erstad,is charged with child porn on his computer.
Peter Guevara was charged with 17 counts of child pornography.
The investigation discovered,or better said uncovered numerous images of young children on his computer,and some of these kids were invoved in sexual acts.
A statement,and not sure how official it is.Is the "Big Lake Police" stated there is no connection with this child pornography case against Peter Guevara,to the Corrine Erstad case that involved his brother Robert Guevara back in 1992.
Hmmmm?

Well,let me throw in some public opinion to that statement,and I do so understand that's a statement for the press,and not to the public who have half a brain on their shoulder.
My "opinion" is the apple don't fall to far from the tree.
Those who read this news article,can connect the dots just fine,and see a connection.
To throw in a statement,of no connection between the Robert Guevara Corrine Erstad case,to his brothers arrest for child pornography many years later?
Maybe you could have worded it differently.Maybe not brought up any comparison at all,that the cases don't have anything to do with another.
Public opinion looks beyond the facts of a case,or cases such as this involving family.
I grew up around these people, actually friends for awhile. What I remember is the older brothers 17+ were dating girls that were my age, 13. Bobby always scared me and Peter would take pleasure in physically hurting people, even friends. You never knew when he would go from being with you to beating you up. As you might image it wasnt a close friendship after that.

How could one not remember the Corrine Erstad case,when reading this of the brother's arrest?

The last name is enough to draw speculation,especially when it involves child pornography from an arrest from one Guevara brother,and the rape and murder of a 5 year old girl that one was aquitted from.

ReplyDeleteI know that Peter Guevara is more likely to be guilty than he is likely to be innocent. Not because I’m aware of the charges or any of the evidence details against him in this case, but because he is a malignant sociopath that is dangerous and capable of destructive acts himself and through his manipulation of others. This is not an effort to slander or be a defamation of his character for my personal gain, this is an effort to warn and unite all of those who have and will be his victims. There are many of you I believe. Also, I have proof that each of these are part of who he is as a person to back up each of these statements.

Those defending individuals charged with child porn,and those defending those who have a brother acquitted of rape & murder of child,can't help but not speak up on this "story"...and it's not a story.
It's factual news,and factual events that took place..In the past with one brother,and some years later with another.
Both cases have in common "underage kids".
One brother Robert Guevara was charged,and acquitted of the murder,and rape of a 5 year little girl in 1992.
Now recently,his brother was arrested for child pornography....on his computer of his course,and some of these kids were involved in sexual acts.
Now please,and can I get a drum roll please?
How can anyone act shocked?...Yea,shocked at the last name perhaps,because underage kids ring a bell when they become victims.

I really think its time,to bring this case back into the public view.

As for the Guevara Brothers they are the lowest scum in the earth. Just because you are acquitted does not mean you are not guilty. Had that case been tired in today's law his butt would have been sent up state without a prayer to hold onto. ReplyDeletePeter admitted to having children porn including one girl as young as 6 years old. He will sentenced May 15,2014. A warrant was issues for his arrest 4/23/14 for what appears to be a violation of his conditional release-which was to not have contact with children or internet.

ReplyDeletePeter (Roberts brother) has been running a business under the name Peter 'Monroe' instead of Guevara (his mothers maiden name) - it is called Model Remodeling LLC and he has been in people's homes with children - which he SHOULD NOT BE. He admitted to doing this and is in jail until his sentencing May 15th. Anthony Torres (same lawyer in the Corrine Erstad case) is representing him knowing he is guilty as some sort of favor owed to this family that gave him his short lived fame...sick just sick. Peter and Roberts father Jerry was in the court room as Peter read the details about the 5 counts he was pleading guilty to...one girl was 6 years old - what type of sick man looks at a 6 year old girl in that way. I hope Peter gets what Robert didn't - punishment for his sins...
ReplyDeletePeter Guevara's sentencing is next week at the Sherburne County Courthouse in Minnesota, please pray for justice to be served and that at least one member of the Guevara family will be held responsible for their crimes against young innocent children. It doesn't bring justice for Corrine Erstad or all the family and friends that miss her, but a long sentence WILL send the message to this terrible family and all those horrible people out there that conduct crimes against children. A message that there are consequences for doing anything deemed a 'crime' against children. Being charged/aquitted after conducting yourself inappropriately around a child with so much evidence against you....or actually admitting you are guilty because of an 'addiction' shouldn't make harsh consequences go away. Please pray that justice prevails and Peter gets the maximum sentence.

A St. Paul man has been sentenced to 39 months in prison for possessing child pornography. In January, Peter Guevara pleaded guilty in Sherburne County court to five counts of possessing X-rated pictures and videos of underage girls.
In June 2011, Big Lake Police found more than 76,000 pictures and more than 1,000 videos on computer equipment throughout Peter Guevara's former home in Big Lake. According to a criminal complaint, the media focused on girls between the ages of 6 and 12.
The Guevara name might sound familiar. Peter is the brother of Robert Guevara, who was suspected of killing 5-year-old Corrine Erstad in 1992. After a highly publicized trial in 1993, Robert was acquitted of all accounts. According to investigators, there is no connection between the current child pornography case and the Erstad case from 1992.
Now Peter's son Julian has been arrested and convicted of felony terroristic threats, according to the Dakota county records he beat up his girlfriend pretty bad.

According to the report he - he jumped on top of his girlfriend and started to punch and kick her repeatedly. She was begging him to stop. He then got on top of her while she was on the floor. He placed his hands around her neck and squeezed until she could not breathe. She was unable to breathe for approximately five seconds. She was terrified he was going to kill her. He also said, as she was unable to breathe, “I can break your f-ing trachea.” He then rolled off of her right side and put her in a “sleeper hold” with his right arm all the way around her neck and squeezed. Again, she was unable to breathe and was in fear.The defendant then hit her repeatedly in the right arm and then grabbed her by her shirt collar. He pushed her down the stairs (approximately seven stairs). As he pushed her, the phones fell out of her hands and one broke open.The defendant came down the stairs, grabbed her by the hair and pushed her by the shoulder onto her stomach on the floor. She hit her face against the floor four times. Her nose bled and she bit her lower lip. Blood was later found on the carpet. He brought her back upstairs and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. He pointed the knife to her face and threatened her if she did not open the phone. She said

Julian is NOT to be trusted by anyone. I dated him for about a month and things were fine in the beginning and then after a while I started catching him in some lies. We broke up because he said he was "still in love with his ex" and maybe that's true, but then I started looking him up and found all of this horrible stuff. Julian is a dangerous guy and I highly encourage all girls to stay away from him.

My father i couldnt say anything on the matter i simply wasn't there and me? Im guilty as hell and remorseful everyday for the things i did but i cant change things. Luckily though ive been given a second chance to right myself. So mind your own business and stay out of the lives of others because unless youre a district judge or a county prosecutor nothing you say will have a impact or affect of any kind on what has nothing to do with you. ReplyDeleteThe Corrine case is not forgotten, we have been looking into the case since last August, 2015 when Peter's other brother,along with his wife? a 30 yr old with very young 7 children sleeping on a floor and a 12 yr old girl in another room alone, all within a slum rented filthy house with no furniture but beds and a couch, in St Cloud,MN. The house was raided due to an attempt at serving a fugitive recovery warrant at 1 AM for another individual. The next day, before CPS could get over there to check on this terrible child neglect case, they had moved out hours before.

ReplyDeleteWhy is it that the DNA that was found in 1992 and not permissible at that time, being used now to help solve this case? Cases are resolved all of the time after years of being unsolved. Is there a cold case unit in Dakota county? Why isn't the family of Corrine speaking up like the wetterlings did? Why aren't they fighting for their precious girl? Why did Mona say that Corrine told her Robert molestors her but nothing was done about it? Why is it that a day after she told Mona, Corrine ended up being taken? This case needs to be looked at again!!

ReplyDeleteFollowing up with their August 9th,2015 bail bondsmen recovery team where they conducted a midnight house raid looking for an unrelated bail fugitive, Jerry Jr was found to be residing with numerous children sleeping on the floor,black mold on walls, no clothes, no shoes and spolied food.
That information was passd along to one of their associates in recovery services. That agency followed up with the Guevara history and the new suspected child endangerment/neglect concern as well as connections with the Corrine Erstad case because the woman that was found with Jerry Jr had a resemblance to the age progressed photo of Corrine. The agency investigation began and that information was later provided to Dakota County and passed along to Stearns County.
Unfortunately, back in August, 2015, shortly after Jerry was arrested for the child support charge, Stearns County child protection investigated poorly. No one at CP in Stearns county bothered to cross check all of the other 6 children that were reportedly found in that filthy house on August 9th, 2015.
However, as stated above, he was caught for a warrant (failure to pay child support) just 5 days after that Aug, 2015 house raid.
Fast forward to this year: As a result of new intelligence gathered from August, 2015 and 2016 on Nikeia Dunbar and Jerry Guevara's chronology of events; e.g., residence history,eviction notices,public birth records, arrest records, several charges were eventually filed on related issues.
This week: after law enforcement proceeded with new information, the results are in:
Robert Guevara's older brother, Jerry Joseph Guevara, JR
(age 52) will now be sentenced July 31, 2017 at Washington County District Court, Stillwater, MN for 3 charges of Crim Sex; guilty of fathering at least 2 children with his long term live in GF, named Nikeia, who was a teenager at time of birth.
Most recently: Nikeia Dunbar was arrested August 2016, for malicious punishment of a child (i.e., physical child abuse Court Docket Number CR-16-5421)
Jerry and Nikeia were also served for Parental Rights Termination of all of their children in Feb. 2017. This week Jerry is sentenced for CRIM SEX charges just as younger brother Peter Michael Guevara is released fom a 3 yr. prison sentence.
The wheels of justice roll slowly but they do roll. Time may_ tell what Robert may have done with Corrine Erstad. Never give up hope.
Peter Michael Guevara has been incarcerated for violating his conditional release on 3 separate occasions. He is in Stillwater prison currently. He is a risk level 2 which means a moderate risk of re-offense and schools and daycares need to be notified when he resides near them. Since his supervised release, he is violating it by possessing porn, a cell phone with internet access, running a business with a fake name, accessing social media, was terminated from a sex offender treatment program and refused to cooperate with his agent. He isn't doing anything to improve his standing and has never paid one cent of child support - he doesn't have a license and probably never will again. What a terrible person, part of a terrible family and wish they would all go into a hole in the ground - the world would be a safer better place without these 'bottom feeders'...not contributing to society and playing the constant 'victim' - gross, just gross!
ReplyDeleteJerry Sr has died so if they are ever going to find Corrine's body they need to up the pressure on the boys. The oldest Jerry Sr now has to register as a sex offender, same as the youngest, Peter. Peter is due to get back out of prison the end of this month for yet another parole violation.
